What is your return policy?
All claims for breakage and or damage whether concealed or obvious must be reported by the buyer immediately to the seller and the carrier. All merchandise damaged during shipping must be received by the seller within three business days. Failure by the buyer to submit any claims for breakage and or damage within three days shall cause the buyer to waive the claim. When a damage claim is made buyer may be entitled to reshipment of merchandise. Buyer will not be entitled to a refund without approval from seller.

Other returns will be accepted only after contacting Customer Service. Restocking fees may apply. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of item receipt, except in the case of products that become damaged at the fault of the manufacturer. Certain custom products may not be returnable, given their nature.

How are items shipped?
We ship all items by either UPS or FedEx, depending on the product and location. Certain products will ship out as soon as the same day of order, while others require customization that takes more time. If you are on a certain deadline, please contact us and note in the checkout process. Also, please note that products in the same order may or may not arrive in separate packages.

Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes. Our checkout only allows for US and Canada shipments, so if you want to have it shipped elsewhere, please give us a call. Please note that we are not responsible for any possible import taxes or fees charged by your country.

Is there any sales tax for my order?
Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax. In general, no other states have to pay a sales tax for products purchased from the site.

Can you make other custom signs for me or my company that are not shown on the site?
